Former Prosecutor Warren Alperstein Quoted in The New York Times

Alperstein & Diener’s own Warren S. Alperstein was recently quoted in The New York Times regarding the circumstances of Freddie Gray’s initial arrest. Mr. Alperstein stated that “The Supreme Court has made it very clear that in circumstances like this, law enforcement has the absolute legal right to chase, pause, apprehend an individual who, for no apparent reason, flees from the police in a high-drug-traffic area.”
