Warren Alperstein Offers Legal Analysis Regarding the Latest Court Decision in Freddie Gray Trials

Legal analyst and Alperstein & Diener attorney, Warren S. Alperstein was quoted in SportAct’s news report regarding the Court of Appeals decision to compel Officer William Porter to testify in the trials of five fellow officers charged with the death of Freddie Gray.

Mr. Alperstein stated; “Well, it’s not particularly surprising. Both sides in its arguments were very compelling. But ultimately, at the end of the day, the state got what it wanted, obviously. Officer Porter will now be compelled to testify against the other five officers, which exactly, again, is what the state wanted to see happen.”
