Judge Williams Denies Motion for Protective Order of Evidence in Gray Case

Warren S. Alperstein recently spoke during a radio interview with WBAL regarding Judge Barry Williams’ decision to deny State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby’s motion for a protective order on the release of evidence in the Freddie Gray case. Judge Williams’ stated that there is insufficient cause to support the need for the order of protection, and Mr. Alperstein proceeds to offer an analysis of this conclusion.
